Under the supervision of Compliance and Human Resources, provides administrative support to the clinical department chairpersons. Initiates and follows through on reappointment process for the medical staff and allied health professionals, making sure that privileges and supporting documents are up to date and current. Responsible for the medical staff file updates, CAQH updates, NPDB updates and generating reports.

ACE/CRN team provide crisis services for families, children, and adults at risk of needing a higher level of care or disrupting from their living situation. It is short term crisis work to help provide stability for the adult or child. The ACE/CRN team work very closely with the client’s outpatient team to assess and determine the client’s treatment and discharge plan.

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) makes all executive decisions with regard to the technological interests of Polara Health. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will provide intensive treatment for children and adolescents, all of which have an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
