ADMISSIONS SPECIALIST/FRONT DESK – Full time. Looking for day, evening, overnight and weekends. Is responsible for general secretarial and office functions including typing, scanning and uploading documents into the EHR, answering phones including switchboard, light bookkeeping, tabulating, rounding, collecting payments and data entry. Contact with clients and families in the clinic and on the telephone in a customer service manner is required. Insurance eligibility and enrollment verification and prior authorizations experience preferred.
