BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
ACE team provide crisis services for families, children, and adults at risk of needing a higher level of care or disrupting from their living situation. It is short term crisis work to help provide stability for the adult or child. The ACE team work very closely with the client's outpatient team to assess and determine the client's treatment and discharge plan.
The ACE Therapist is based within the community, will provide client assessment, individual family, and group therapy to adults and children. Therapist will follow agency policies and procedures regarding documentation and record keeping.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Minimum Education: Master's Degree Preferred
Minimum work Experience: 2-3 years Clinical experience
Required Licenses/Certifications: AZ Board of Behavioral Health license (or board eligible)
This
position is considered Safety-Sensitive by Polara health.
