Clinical Site Supervisor - Hillside Clinic - sign-on bonus

Responsible for the clinical supervision and oversight of Hillside Clinic outpatient behavioral health office.  Includes coordination of outpatient clinical services, licensure supervision, clinical documentation review of services by other clinical staff (therapists, behavioral health professionals, behavioral  health techs), clinical consult for all staff on site, and leading clinical staffing's on site with all professional disciplines.  Position also includes provision of clinical services with expectation for small caseload allowing for Clinical Site Supervisor to stay connected to clinical processes and systems.  Coordinates clinical policies and procedures with the Director. 


1. Serves as primary onsite clinical lead for all team-based care from Hillside Clinicoffice which includes therapists, case managers, interns/practicum students, behavioral health professionals and techs, psychiatrist(s) and other staff.

2. Provides all licensure supervision and other clinical supervision on site.

3.  Works with Site Manager and Director as well as other departments to ensure quality clinical services for Hillside Clinicare being offered and meeting quality outcomes.  Works with Program Manager to assist in recruitment of clinical staff. 

4. Prepares and provides clinical reviews of staff to support Site Manager and Director in performance evaluation as needed.

5. Works with other Department managers and staff to assure coordination with all other Polara Health departments.

6. Performs other duties as assigned.


A.  Supervision -

Provides clinical supervision to 3-10 clinical staff (BHP, therapists, potentially clinical interns/practicum students) as well as clinical consult to all clinical staff (including psychiatric care, nursing, BHT, Vocational Services, Peer Support and Case managers).  Works collaboratively with Site Manager who is the direct supervisor for all staff onsite including clinical staff.

B.  Confidentiality -

This position carries a high level of exposure to confidential and proprietary information.  Includes personnel, business, clinical and other private information.  

C.  Mental Application -

Position requires a high level of independent judgement, autonomy and responsibility. 

D. Responsibility -

This position is mid-level managerial position with a high degree of responsibility

Education: Master

Independently Licensed in one of the following:  Social Work (LCSW), Licensed

Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT,

Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC), orPsychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.)


Field:  Social Work, Psychology, Health Care Administration, Counseling. 

This position is considered Safety-Sensitive by Polara health.
