BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for general secretarial and office functions including typing, scanning and uploading documents into the EHR, answering phones including switchboard, light bookkeeping, tabulating, rounding, collecting payments and data entry. Contact with clients and families in the clinic and on the telephone in a customer service manner is required. Customer Engagement Specialist also coordinates various functions with staff and management. Skills and Qualifications: Multi-tasking, Flexibility, Telephone Skills, Great Customer Service, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail, Scheduling, Data Entry, Professionalism, Quality Focus, must be a team player and have excellent computer skills.
Minimum Education: High School/GED
Minimum work Experience: One Year

be able to obtain a DPS Fingerprint Clearance card.
