POSITION TITLE: Program Supervisor - Subject Matter with Expertise (SME): Peer Support Services
DEPARTMENT: Outpatient Behavioral Health
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for the day-to-day development, coordination, training and delivery of Peer Support Services for reporting staff members and team for our outpatient and bed-based teams including but not limited to outpatient, inpatient, substance use residential, and community based. Includes coordination of outpatient and out of home services as well as ensuring evidenced informed practices for delivery of Peer Support Services are being delivered across the agency. Responsible for coordination of cases and planning of services. Maintains relationships with outside agencies as it pertains to delivery of case management services. Ensures that clinical supervision occurs as it pertains to the subject matter and delivery of case management services. Coordinates clinical policies and procedures with the Director.

Supervision
Provides Peer Support Services supervision to 10-25 Peer Support Services staff as well as clinical consult to all teams specific to case management services. Works collaboratively with Site Manager who is the direct supervisor for all staff onsite/community-based staff.

This position carries a high level of exposure to confidential and proprietary information. Includes personnel, business, clinical and other private information.
