Scheduling Specialist

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Scheduling Specialist is responsible for general secretarial and office functions including typing, scanning and uploading documents into the EHR, answering phones including switchboard, scheduling appointments, light bookkeeping, tabulating, rounding, collecting payments, and data entry. Contact with clients and families in the clinic and on the telephone in a customer service manner is required. Scheduling transportation, dispatching and reconciling the transportation invoices from the external transportation vendors for payment. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Education:  High School/GED

Minimum work Experience:  One Year

Required Licenses/Certifications:  None
