Position Summary (Purpose and Scope)
Under the direction of the program manager and clinical supervisor manager of social service, the clinical social worker provides direct service to clients and their families. This includes counseling and seeking resources to answer unmet needs. The clinical social worker also provides consultation services and in-service education programs related to the psycho-social aspects of health care to other professional staff members on the healthcare team.

Required Licenses/Certifications: AZ Board of Behavioral Health license (preferred)
